• Applications for Absentee Ballots will not be accepted before April 23, 2024.

    Applications for absentee ballots must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the election if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter (May 14, 2024), or the day before the election if the ballot will be picked up personally by the voter at the Office of the District Clerk.

    Applications for Early Voter Ballots will not be accepted before April 23, 2024

    NEW!  Early Voting Ballots. A qualified voter may vote as an early voter.  Each person entitled to vote as an early voter and wanting to obtain an early mail ballot, would need to make a written application to the District Clerk no earlier than thirty (30) days before the election.  If the application requests that the early mail ballot be mailed to the voter, the application must be received by the District Clerk no later than seven (7) days before the election.  If the voter returns the application by hand to the District Clerk within less than seven (7) days, but at least one (1) day before the election, the District Clerk would have to deliver the early mail ballot in person.

    Absentee and Early Voter Ballots MUST BE returned to the Office of the District Clerk by no later than 5 pm on Tuesday, May 21, 2024.
